Rebutting Defamation, Exposing Criminal Strategy, and Declaring Legal Consequences

For years, I have remained silent while individuals and institutions spread slander and disinformation about my mental health. Damn, I did not know that I have such a large fan club. Now I speak clearly. 👉I have never been diagnosed with any mental illness. 👉I have no hereditary background of psychiatric disorders. 👉I have never been a patient of any psychiatric institutions. 👉I have repeatedly passed psychiatric and narcological evaluations with documented confirmation of entire mental wellness. And yet, a coordinated campaign – driven by private and state-linked actors – has persistently attempted to portray me as “schizophrenic” or “delusional.” This is not random one-time act of defamation. It is an intentional weapon designed to: Discredit my testimony Invalidate my evidence supporting my court and law enforcement claims Zeroing my hereditary and legal claims Facilitate impersonation, assets seizure, and physical extermination under the guise of mental illness. This tactic is not new. It follows a well-documented historical pattern. And an appropriate legal response to that also exists. 🔎Historical Parallels: Soviet Union (The Psikhushka KGB’s System): Dissenters and heirs of persecuted families were forcibly hospitalised under false psychiatric diagnoses to silence them, confiscate property, and delegitimise their status. Nazi Germany: Psychiatric institutions were used to murder targeted individuals through chemical and biological methods under the T4 “euthanasia” program. Gas chambers were often first tests in mental hospitals. CIA MKUltra & MKNaomi: U.S. programs that used drugs, poisons, and psychiatric coercion to suppress, disorient, or destroy targets – many of them whistleblowers or heirs to sensitive information. Modern Russia: Psychiatric institutions closely associated with IG Farben, continue to be used in high-profile impersonation and real estate seizure cases, particularly when the victim owns property, business assets, or intellectual rights. 💀Why Psychiatric Hospitals? These facilities are used for three major purposes in criminal scheme like mine: 1. Erasure of Identity A person falsely committed to a mental hospital can be silenced, drugged, declared insane, or legally incompetent. Their rights and assets can then be reassigned. 2. Facilitation of Death Buildings tagged by criminal graffiti and other types of chemical warfare tags of them include psychiatric hospitals. Based on empirical evidence resulted from the deciding of the tags and connection them with contamination tests and blood analysis, I believe that force placement guarantees fast and silent death because of rights deprivation to ensure prolonged exposure of CWAs under the guise of “treatment,” enabling slow, untraceable murder. 3. Impersonation and Substitution. Once dead or discredited, the real person can be replaced. A fabricated “patient” record enables someone else to assume your legal identity – including inheritance, intellectual property, and financial control. ⚖️Legal Consequence for Participants Everyone involved in these actions — whether by direct participation or passive dissemination of falsehood — bears legal responsibility. This includes: - Those who spread rumors or refer to me as “crazy” or “schizophrenic” - Those who falsify medical documents or simulated diagnoses - Those who attempted or suggested forced psychiatric hospitalization - Those who used such tactics to obstruct access to medical care or facilitate chemical exposure. These are not minor offenses prosecuted by symbolic penalty. Under both Russian, US, and international law, such actions qualify as: - Defamation (Article 128.1 of the Russian Criminal Code) - Incitement to illegal forced hospitalization (Articles 109, 111, 127.1, 139) - Co-participation in premeditated murder and attempted murder (Articles 105, 277, 30) - Complicity in impersonation, fraud, and organized transnational conspiracy and crime (Articles 210, 159) - Crimes involving chemical warfare agents and prohibited medical experiments (Articles 355–357, also Rome Statute, Geneva Protocols). Anyone who calls me “mentally ill” from this point forward will be treated as a co-participant in a criminal conspiracy involving broad range of capital crimes and organized impersonation, punishable by life sentence or death penalty under international law. 🔇Final Word I did not interrupt you when you mocked me, lied about me, or judged me. You had your time. I gave you my silence and attention. Now it is my truth. I will publish a criminal dossier on every individual who contributed to this operation – episode by episode, document by document, with complete legal qualification. Including those, who sincerely participated “just” in distribution of defamation against me. I will explain the complete scope of legal consequences for you.
